Ministry of our congregation belongs to everyone, and it’s necessary for its health that all of us work together. When we practice shared ministry and “get engaged,” we value one another’s involvement as more than simply “getting a job done.” Instead, we see a community in which our gifts are cultivated for the enrichment of the lives of others and for our own spiritual growth.
