In 2025 the American Renewal Project launched the Nehemiah Project, a 48-million dollar campaign to turn North Carolina into a Christian nationalist stronghold by 2030.
This year, the Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry of North Carolina launched the Dogwood Faith Project, a five-year effort to powerfully combat this threat through phone banking and canvassing.
