Unitarian Universalists are a part of a living tradition. Our seven principles and six sources were authored by us and represent a sacred covenant between us. This covenant is our foundation, which is not stagnant and is designed to grow and change with us. The most recent update to our principles & sources was completed due to the power of congregational representation in 2018. We will explore how our polity grounds us and empowers us to create change.
