The guest speaker is a founder of FLAG (Freedom in Libraries Advocacy Group) and was present during the police investigation at the Travelers Rest Library. He will address the issue of Banned/Challenged Books in the upstate and let us know how we can get involved in “Freedom to Read SC,” a statewide coalition that is working to defeat unconstitutional efforts to ban books from school and public libraries.
