Adversity fuels creativity and ingenuity, which are key qualities in human beings who are resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances. In March of 2020, when the pandemic began, we started talking about “the new normal,” we didn’t know when it would come – or what it would be like. Two years later, here we are, living with COVID in our communities. If this IS the new normal, what will it take to adapt?
