Service Auction 2022 will now consist of on-line bidding only because the COVID surge has forced us to cancel our in-person gathering on Saturday, Jan. 29.  Everyone on the membership list will receive an on-line catalog of donated items and events on Friday, Jan. 21.  Personalized invitations on how to register for bidding will be sent prior to the start of the auction which will begin on Monday, Jan. 24, at 12:01 PM.  If you need a paper copy of the catalog, contact the GUUF office.

There will be an opportunity for in-person and Zoom instructions on bidding on Sunday, January 23.  Stay after Sunday service and meet in the Fellowship Hall or join the virtual Coffee Hour Zoom at 12 noon.  Link for Virtual Coffee Hour is listed in Sunday Service and Week Ahead email.

This is our auction timeline:

Tuesday, Jan. 18, 8 PM – deadline for submitting donation contracts

Friday, Jan. 21 – on-line catalog available for viewing

Monday, Jan. 24, 12:01 PM – on-line bidding begins

Saturday, Jan. 29, 5:30 PM – bidding closes

Sunday, Jan. 30, 12 – 2 PM – pick up winning bid items in Fellowship Hall or from car in drive-through lane

We will still be collecting donations in the Fellowship Hall during the following times:

Sunday, Jan. 23 – before and after Sunday service

Monday, Jan.24 – 5-7 PM

Tuesday, Jan. 25 – 2-4 PM

Friday, Jan. 28 – 11:30 AM -1:30 PM
