Youth Religious Education classes will begin the last Sunday in September at 11AM!
Every participant is asked to register for Religious Exploration so we have important information about your child and can best serve their needs. REGISTER HERE!
Middle School Class (Grades 6th – 8th): We use Popcorn Theology, a movie based curriculum exploring values and theology through 20 minute film excerpts, discussions, and activities.
High School Class (Grades 9th – 12th): We use a variety of curricula to engage our high schoolers in reflecting and discussing values such as anti-oppression, anti-racism, inclusion, equity, love, justice, compassion, and the inherent worth and dignity of every person. This year, we will have monthly Covenant Circles for our high schoolers, and we will also use a role-playing based curriculum called Living in UUville, where teens will have the opportunity to reimagine the world we live in through Unitarian Universalist values.
