Launch Date: Sunday, March 13, 2022
Join us as we come together in a whole congregation community of all ages to worship, learn, and reconnect. On March 13th, we welcome our community to join together in person.
We are launching Soul Work – handiwork for all ages that stimulates the neural net in the brain and helps activate the way we receive information when we listen. We have mandalas, knitting, and embroidery available to everyone in the Narthex. Then join us in either the Sanctuary or Fellowship Hall to enjoy the Sunday service. The choir will be presenting some fabulous new musical selections during the month of March.
Religious Education classes for children and youth will be offered in person. On days your youth has no class, we encourage you to join the Sunday service as a family. Worship is another way we learn in a congregational setting. Everything we do is religious education, the congregation is the curriculum.
Covid continues to keep many of us home and if that is true for you, we respect your decision to continue joining via livestream. Your GUUF leadership has committed to creating a multi-platform future, using as many ways to connect as we can. However, we do hope more people are feeling safe masking and joining us in person. We have missed gathering with you. This new launch of us being all generations together invites us to focus on the whole community, connecting across generational lines as a whole church.
