Rowland-McFerrin House is located at 4 Lora Court in Greenville.  

Rowland-McFerrin house, named after two notable member families of our past, is a duplex owned by the congregation and utilized to provide emergency shelter to families enrolled in the United Ministries “Pathways To Success/Striving to Thrive” programs. These programs are designed to help elevate and empower people to transition from homelessness to independent living. For more about United Ministries, click on this link: here

Rowland-McFerrin house provides a safe and stable place to live for families enrolled in these programs, while they are receiving services from United Ministries. Ultimately, they will move on to independent living. United Ministries provides funding to help us offset some of the costs of operating and maintaining Rowland-McFerrin House.
