All life is interconnected. We care for our environment so that it may sustain life for generations to come. Our big initiative this year recertifying our Green Sanctuary designation. Along with that we are planning many flora and fauna protections. Additionally, our workshops, speaker programs and outdoor “Work Days” for all ages shape attitudes and build practices that are sustainable and spiritually-grounded.

The Climate Reality Project is sponsoring a 24 Hours of Reality Truth in Action presentation. GUUF’s thrift store, Audrey’s Closet helps recycle, reuse and re-purpose items so that we’re more mindful of the choices we make, both as a congregation and as households. Our bag sale is held every first Thursday and Saturday of the month.
