Covenant Circles
covenant circle Covenant Circles are one of the best opportunities at our Fellowship to explore your spiritual growth, share your story, and find some great friends along the way. Covenant Circles are small groups of 6 to 12 people who covenant together to meet twice a month and engage some powerful questions and listen to one another.

Current information here.

Each group has a facilitator that keeps the sessions “on track” and meets monthly with the senior minister and the other facilitators to continually develop the program. The curriculum focuses on reflections and questions familiar to any one who is liberally religious.
Past session topics have included:

  • Change Is Like a Flowing River
  • May the Metaphors Be With You
  • Is Life Burning a Hole In Your Pocket?
  • We Are Not Our Own!
  • Is Possession Nine Tenths of Our Flaw?
  • What Is There to Be Afraid Of?
  • What Do You Believe?

Groups meet twice a month on regularly scheduled evenings, usually for two hours each time. Currently there are over six groups with more than 60 members meeting all over the greater Greenville area.

What is required to join? Just an interest in being part of a group seriously exploring questions of meaning and purpose - and a commitment to attend regularly and be supportive of others. Covenant Circles are not intended to be “therapy groups” or confidential support groups but fun and engaging springboards for spiritual and personal growth. If you are interested in joining a Covenant Circle or learning more, contact our Minister, Rev. Norm Stewart or Patty Davis, our Covenant Circles Coordinator.
